6. You agree to pay us all charges and applicable GST associated with availing equipment and commercial turnkey setup services.
7. You agree not to use the Platform and/or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by Indian or local laws.
8. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

3. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Platform Owner, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or your violation of any law.

1. Processing & Dispatch Timeline

All standard orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or delivered on national holidays or weekends.

For heavy commercial machinery, turnkey gym installations, and multi-station setups, custom crating and freight logistics are scheduled in coordination with the client's site readiness.

2. Pan-India Delivery & Transit

We provide comprehensive Pan-India freight and door delivery across all states and Union Territories. Delivery timelines typically range between 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination city and cargo volume.

3. Order Tracking & High Volume Delays

If we are experiencing a high volume of project orders, shipments may experience slight transit delays. We will proactively notify you with live tracking updates via email (support@gymbazar.co.in) or phone (+91 73063 97686).

4. Unloading & On-Site Installation

For commercial gym projects and heavy fitness equipment (treadmills, smith machines, power racks), onsite assembly and technical installation are provided by certified Gym Bazar technicians upon delivery.

5. Shipping Queries & Freight Support

1. Replacement Guidelines & Eligibility

If you receive a product that is physically damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect compared to your order, you are entitled to a free replacement within 10 days of delivery.

Please ensure that all original invoices, manuals, accessories, and warranty cards are retained during the inspection process.

2. Defective Machinery & On-Site Repair/Replacement

For heavy motorized commercial gym equipment (such as commercial AC treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, and pin-loaded selectorized machines), our certified technician will visit your gym/home facility in Hyderabad or anywhere across India to inspect, service, replace parts, or exchange the unit under warranty.

3. Cancellation & Refund Timeline

In cases where a direct replacement cannot be fulfilled due to inventory unavailability, a 100% full refund will be initiated to your original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card) within 5-7 business days.
